Return and Exchange Policy

• - Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

• - All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• - Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

• - Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges can be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• - Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

• - Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number provided so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged or has a defect, or if it was not used in accordance with the agreement.

• - The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product they received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

• - We are not responsible for the customer's expectations of the product usage that we did not mention on the product page on our website.

• - A deduction of 30% or at least 25 dirhams will be made if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defects or issues mentioned.
